  Dr. Bode Olajumoke Donates Building to Support Disabled Scouts As part of activities commemorating his 70th birthday, former Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and philanthropist, Dr. Bode Olajumoke , donated a newly constructed four-bedroom chalet to the Lagos State Scout Council for the benefit of Disabled and Special Scouts. The building, situated within the Baden Powell Training Centre in Ibeshe, Ikorodu, was established to provide suitable accommodation for Scouts with disabilities during training programmes and other scouting activities. Speaking during the handover ceremony, Dr. Olajumoke explained that the project was inspired by his desire to give back to society and promote inclusion for persons with disabilities.
